This was a great week for me! I really stuck with my nutrition and work out plan, while getting some good mileage in for my half marathon training.
Last Saturday – Pink Yoga
Bloomingdales hosted a Pink Yoga class at my local Bloomies! For $10 (all of which went to charity) we got to take an awesome Saturday morning yoga class and got some goodies. I love pop up fitness classes where you can change up your routine and experience something really fresh and usually from a great teacher.
Tuesday – Tuck Tuesday
Another Tuesday at Pure Barre – really loving this class!
Got my 5 Daily Moves in followed by some additional abs and leg work! Good at home workout!
I felt super nauseous so no work out for me…
Friday – Barre before Bar
I was able to make the 5:30pm Pure Barre class (which is the last of the day) to start my weekend right. Tons of booty work! I was glad to get a good workout in before celebrating my friends birthday and Saturday’s football watch party.
Sunday Runday at the Surf City 10
I will do a full recap on this race this week, but I had a great race shaving 3 minutes off my current fastest time… still chasing my 2011 PR but so close. I got a 10K so 6.2 miles in for my half training.
Never miss a Monday had me back at the 8pm Pure Barre class! Only my calves were sore from my race so it wasn’t too bad.
